I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist and speaker and have been working in a variety of mental health settings for over 7+ years. I am a qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist and created this page to contribute to normalising the conversation about mental health in communities where often there are stigma’s around this topic. 

Mental health does not discriminate, yet access to mental health services and education is not equal. I created this space for the unseen and unheard in mental health. For the glam girlies that never speak about their struggles, or the mucho men that think it's too weak to cry, for the disabled people that don't have equal opportunities and for the ethnic minorities that are tired of fighting for their voices to be heard.
